Shipping and Delivery
We ship throughout the world with reliable couriers. Delivery times vary based on product availability and customization. For the Christmas promo, for orders placed before 30/11/2023, we guarantee delivery before 25/12/2023.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the lamp is returned in unchanged condition. The costs will be borne by the interested party who intends to return the product.
Warranty
We provide a conformity warranty for manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the purchase date.
